In Starcross

By car

Leave your car in the public car park just along from Starcross railway station on the A379. A signpost will direct you to cross the footbridge at the railway station to our private pier.

On foot

Follow the signs for the coastal path. We are one of the many ferries on the route of the South West coastal path joining South Devon with East Devon.

By bus

The No 85 Stagecoach bus from Exeter, Dawlish or Dawlish Warren stops at Starcross railway station every 15 minutes (peak times). Access to the pier is over the footbridge at the railway station.

By train

Catch the local train to Starcross railway station, then follow the signs for the ferry.

In Dawlish

Trips and cruises leave from Dawlish pier. Access to the pier is via the walkway under the viaduct - less than 100 metres from the train station, the main bus stops (in both directions) and the Lawn.

In Exmouth

The ferry from Exmouth to Starcross departs and arrives at Exmouth Marina, just a short walk to the beach or a 10 minute stroll from the centre of town.

All vessel are fully licensed, insured and comply to marine and coastguard agency and the local authority regulations.
